My signature here below acknowledges the fact that I have attended the required Range Safety briefing and have been issued a current copy of the Range Rules for the Iredell County Lodge Number 10 Fraternal Order of Police Range located at 239 Wing Drive, Statesville, North Carolina. My signature further acknowledges that I have been issued an access control card to this property which allows me access to the Range. This card, while issued to me remains the sole property of the Iredell County Lodge Number 10, Fraternal Order of Police. It must be surrendered to the proper authorities representing the Iredell County Number 10 of the Fraternal Order of Police upon demand. Withholding of this card beyond current paid membership with or after suspension or separation from the Iredell County Lodge 10 Fraternal Order of Police shall be deemed willful and constitute grounds for being placed on a No Trespass listing for all properties owned or used by the lodge. Entering any properties of the lodge using the unreturned key shall expose me to possible criminal trespassing charges. Any loss of my issued card shall be reported to the Lodge Secretary immediately. A replacement card will cost me $5.00 payable to the lodge.
